Carrots are extremely easy to grow, and fresh carrots from
the garden are incredibly more flavorful than any that you'll buy in the
grocery store. Just follow the instructions on the packet, and you'll be good
to go. Be sure to make successive plantings, and plant way more that you think
you'll really need, because you'll end up pulling some carrots early so that
you can have them on salads, or even as a snack... imagine, your own baby
carrots right out of the garden. Just be sure not to pick too many, because,
when it comes time to barbeque, you'll certainly want to wrap a few carrots in
foil, along with some butter, and cook them. They're fabulous!
